The cruise ship OCEAN VOYAGER is seen docked at the east wall, Port Colborne, Welland Canal, May 13, 2022. The cruise ship passengers had earlier disembarked for a tour of Niagara Falls, and have now returned. The downbound ship FLORENCE SPIRIT, just arriving from Lake Erie, passes by OCEAN VOYAGER and passes the nearby RADCLIFFE R. LATIMER, which is also docked at the east wall. After FLORENCE SPIRIT has passed, OCEAN VOYAGER pulls in her lines and casts off. FLORENCE SPIRIT pulls over to dock at the east wall, as OCEAN VOYAGER departs the Welland Canal and enters Lake Erie, bound for Cleveland.
