IndiGo recently made a record-breaking order for 500 Airbus aircraft which includes a mix of the A320NEO, the A321NEO and the new jet on the block, the A321XLR.

However IndiGo is known to specialise in domestic routes and The A321XLR is popular due to the longer range it can offer compared to the regular A320 and A321. IndiGo’s biggest deal therefore has come as something of a shock.
