Speak up mama 📢
First save this for later! SHARE with a pregnant mama!
When it comes to your newborn, you have a choice. And your voice is the most important in the room.
Here’s what you can demand:
❌ no vigorous rubbing the dang vernix off (also have a blog post)
❌ no weight. It can WAIT
❌ wait until home for the bath
❌ no baby blanket laid on you before baby comes out. Needs to be skin to skin. Not skin to baby blanket.
✅ baby stays on you for at least one hour or until after successful breastfeed!
