This is the MARS modification for the IC7000. It's a simple one diode removal. The only catch is that the internal speaker cable needs to be routed in the same way as the factory did it or the lid will not sit correctly.
As always when farking around inside any electronics, you stand the chance of doing something stupid so be careful or have someone else to blame!
