Today I'm combining two of my favorite hobbies (stalking StreetEasy and talking too much) to bring you all of the tips & tricks I've learned while apartment hunting in NYC the last few years!
Note: My first apartment search was for a studio in Manhattan in the $2000-3000 range, and this recent search was for a one bedroom in Brooklyn in the $3000-4000 range. While I tried to be inclusive of various price points and neighborhoods in my advice, I'm not as experienced outside of these areas/ranges, so if you're looking with different parameters take this all with a grain of salt. (as you should with everything in this fine and dandy place we call the internet)
