Durian Ice Cream
Easy homemade durian ice cream without the need for ice-cream maker.
INGREDIENTS:
800g durian flesh
3 cups of whipping cream
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of evaporated milk
2 tbsp. ovalet/ovalette
Salt to taste
