A frozen treat with a twist, these Frozen Yogurt treats are a fun way for you to have dessert! Shannon walks you through the process from start to finish!
While you can use the Strawberries, Blueberries, and Chocolate in the video, you can try different flavor combos! Some options include Pineapple & Coconut, Watermelon & Mint, or Banana & Mango
Ingredients:
2 cups low fat plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
¼ cup mini chocolate chips or dark chocolate shavings
Step-by-Step:
1. Line a baking sheet (or other flat tray / plate) with parchment paper or foil
2. Slice Strawberries into thin sections
3. Slice Blueberries in half
4. Combine Yogurt, Vanilla, and Honey in a bowl; mix until smooth
5. Spread Yogurt mixture over parchment, in a roughly rectangular shape
6. Top Yogurt with Strawberries, Blueberries, and Chocolate
7. Place tray into freezer, chill at least 3 hours (or overnight)
8. Break Yogurt slab into pieces and enjoy!
