I can't believe we found it! We really thought it must be on the other parcel because we couldn't find it anywhere. Well...it helps if you are looking in the right area!! Looking at the shape of the land and find a spot in a "bowl" or slope can give you a hint. Also, searching during the dry season can help you identify areas were water might be - look for bright green plants and ferns that require more water. We were able to find the spring once we identified where the property line was and followed a branch of the creek up the hill a bit. I can't believe how much water was coming out! Very exciting!
