This is how I made Bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers on the Blackstone griddle. Came out pretty good but you have to have thick cut bacon. Good blackstone griddle recipe.
5 slices of bacon
5 jalapeños with the stem cut off and cut them in half. I used a spoon to clean all the seeds out of each half
Fill each half with cream cheese
Wrap them up and grill em!
