Ingredients :
1. Chicken Liver / Kaleji - 500gm
2. Onion - 2 small (cut into slices)
3. Tomato - 1 big (cut into pieces)
4. Ginger Garlic Paste - tbsp
5. Refined Oil - 2 tbsp
6. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
7. Dried Red Chilli - 2
8. Gota Garam Masala
9. Tej Patta - 1
10. Turmaric Powder - half tsp
11. Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
12. Coriander Powder - 1 and half tsp
13. Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
14. Salt to taste
15. Garam Masala Powder - half tsp
16. Fresh Coriander Leaves
Preparation Time : 10 min
Cooking Time : 15 min
