1) Sidelying KB Thoracic Rotation
This is a great drill to improve thoracic spine rotation, and you get some shoulder stability training as well!
2) Seated Jefferson Curl
This is one of our favorite ways to improve thoracic flexion mobility, and can be done with or without a weight
3) Foam Roller Thoracic Extension Mobilization
This is a great way to improve thoracic spine extension mobility for things like squats and overhead pressing!
