The gongura greens are cherished in Andhra cuisine more than any of its counterparts and is used to prepare delectable pappu, pachadi and other dishes.

Ingredients:
onions 1.2 Cup
garlic 6 Numbers
red chilli dry 3 Numbers
cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons
Mustard seed 1 Teaspoons
oil Tablespoons
gongura leaves 2 Cup
Toor dal 1 Cup
salt as needed
curry leaves 1 Springs
Directions:
Wash gongura and keep it a side.
Take a pan add oil,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,red chilli dry,peanuts mix well, add garlic crushed,onions,turmuric,curry leaves,green chilli,salt mix and now add gongura leaves mix will cook till oil oozes out.
Now add boiled dal and mix well if required add some salt
