You can use any normal Arduino: Uno, Nano, etc.
Connection details are shown in the sketch description (up near the top).
Serial monitor of Arduino IDE at 115200 baud (or you could use some other terminal program, such as PuTTY).
Flash memory contents displayed in standard Intel HEX file format, which is the standard for storing these sorts of program. Cut and paste the contents to a file for archive, or programming purposes.
