This is my first real track day and my first time riding this bike at all. To say I was nervous isn't even close to the emotion that was sitting on my chest. We did have some issues with the bike ergonomically once i got out on track and it took some fettling to get things set to useable level for me. You will no doubt hear the gear issues I'm having as I couldn't get my foot under the lever properly.
So, at the ripe old age of 40 I decided it's now or never if I'm going to do any track stuff at all. So, I went out bought a track bike, a bike trailer to tow it and booked in at Donington park racetrack. I watch a lot of YouTube and all the channels I have seen seem to have God like amounts of money to throw around. Me, not so much, this is budget track daying, subscribe and I'll be firing up some videos to show you how to keep the costs low and the fun high. (He says after blowing all of his money lol)
I'm new to the whole video editing thing, as you can tell. There isn't much in this one but hopefully as I go along the Hollywood special effects will be well in swing.
If you're going to have a dig about the ridding or the editing, at least make it funny guys. Yes, the bike does lean further over on the kick stand than on track. But the jokes on you it's a K4 GSXR600, have you seen how far they lean on the kick stand??? i thought i was going to have to get her a pillow 😂
