Dr. Janine offers tips to help break your coffee addiction like cutting back on your coffee intake by half a cup a day for a week and then decreasing another half a cup the next week. She also suggests changing that half-a-cup to decaf. Lastly, Dr. Janine recommends doing a full-body detox to help ease caffeine withdrawal.
