200 GRAMS OF WHITE SUGAR
LEMON ZEST
VANILLA ESSENCE
1 EGG
1 YOLK
400 GRAMS OF PLAIN FLOUR
1 TABLESPOON OF BAKING POWDER
A PINCH OF SALT
