8 manicotti
2 cups ricotta cheese
¾ cup powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Boil the manicotti for 1 minute, then drain. Heat oil to 325°F and fry until puffy and bubbly.
2. In a bowl, mix the ricotta and powdered sugar, then pipe into cooled manicotti.
3. Top with powdered sugar and chocolate chips, serve and enjoy! 😊
