I am taking on the challenge and am going to eat an alkaline based diet whenever I cook at home. This will be the intro of a 5 part series of living an affordable healthy life.

Lately I have been consuming a lot of cheese which causes mucus. I have been coughing mucus ever since I let cheese back into my diet.
