Chief Executive CY Leung and Chief Secretary Carrie Lam opened an exhibition celebrating the 100th Birthday of Professor Jao Tsung-i at the Central Library today.
More than 100 of his works are on show until December 8.
It is the largest and most wide-ranging exhibition of his work ever held in Hong Kong.
Mrs Lam said Prof Jao has a deep connection to the city, noting the exhibition is entitled "Reminiscences of Hong Kong by the Brush".
The works reflect the eight-decade bond between him and Hong Kong.
Presented by the Home Affairs Bureau, the exhibition is jointly organised by the Leisure & Cultural Services Department. ([ Ссылка ])
