Pathanamthitta: Making it clear that the state government has not shelved the controversial Athirappilly project, Power Minister MM Mani said that if a consensus is reached than the project would be implemented soon. Visiting the Perunthenaruvi small hydro electric project site, Mani said that 23 small scale hydro electric projects would be started by the state government.
