The Fourth National Youth Festival was organised after a hiatus of three years due to covid restrictions. The event witnessed the participation of more than 150 youths from various colleges/ universities in India. This was another grand success. These Youth formed mixed groups and compete against each other in various performing arts of dance & theatre. S-ILF organises these Youth festivals at regional & national levels. So far, S-ILF has organised nine such Youth Fests across India. The participants came from various parts of India. These Youth festivals are also a platform to revive many art forms of folk dances and traditional theatre. The event was organised between 27 to 30 January 2023 at the university campus of Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida. The finale was organised at India Islamic Culture Centre, New Delhi on the occasion of Anti-Leprosy Day.
