The feature is the Grade 2 Charlie Hall Chase, which is seen as an early season pointer for the Cheltenham Gold Cup. Cyrname is the stand-out name on the entries, but he looks short enough on his first start since a crashing fall at Ascot in February, and Nick is taking him on at the prices.
There’s a good supporting card, too, which includes the Grade 1 Champion Chase at Down Royal - another potential Gold Cup pointer - while the Sodexo Gold Cup at Ascot looks wide open.
