Can you spot the difference between the loading bay and normal parking bays on East Street? Neither can anyone else. Bromley Council's parking department have been inundated with online complaints about it, but it's generating so much revenue for them, they're happy to continue their unethical practices and trick their own residents - the very people they're supposed to serve.
