Hi everyone, welcome back to my channel. In episode one of my Maldives travel vlog series I flew from Colombo, Sri Lanka to Malé, the Maldives solo. Only an hour flight away, I landed in the tropical country made up of thousands of small islands and entered into a different world to the one I'm used to living in. This episode focuses on flying, arriving and getting to my hotel on Gulhi island by speedboat, and my experience staying at a budget hotel on one of the local islands.
