The Similan Islands might be some of the most beautiful Islands that we have ever visited, with the clearest water and softest sand. We really did have the best day from start to finish. Before travelling to Thailand the Similan Islands were very high on our list of things to do however we didn't think a trip like this would fit into our budget. But after a little bit of planning and shopping around we made this trip a lot more realistic.

This was also our first time booking a group tour which is usually not our style, however we knew this one was a little out of our league so we put our faith in Andaman Sea Sun and they did not disappoint! Our tour guide made the day 10 times better and set the tone from the moment we arrived at the pier. We were smiling from ear to ear all day long and would highly recommend visiting these amazing Islands. Our day trip included 4 island stop offs, 2 sea snorkelling sessions, food and drink throughout the day and all your transfers. Because we were staying in the closest town of Koh Lak we definitely saved on our transfers and per person we paid 2,000 Baht which was a hell of a lot cheaper than going from the likes of Phuket so it is something to consider when booking day trips.

Hey, we're Eoin and Aisling, a couple from Ireland who have packed their bags, waved goodbye to home and set off to travel the world in search of new adventures!
We started our journey by spending 3 months walking from the top to the bottom of Croatia and exploring a few of the boarding countries. Then at the start of January 2022 we hopped on a flight to South East Asia!
We hope to be in this part of the world for the next year, but who knows what might happen along the way, our plans are forever changing!
We tend to plan each day as it comes and can't wait to see what the world has in store for us!
