It’s natural to encounter a plateau on the journey to career success. We can feel like we can’t break through and move forward.
When this happens to me, I do two things: Shake up my inputs and change my approach.
I look at whether I’m learning through what I’m reading, listening to and studying. Are those inputs expanding my perspective and thinking?
Second and perhaps more importantly, I look at my approach. My experience being a facilitator and leader in our ImpactEleven mastermind has shifted my approach, experience and perspective. I’ve gained an incredible sense of accountability and community. I know that every week I need to show up prepared and ready to contribute to this incredible community.
Look at the information you’re consuming and who you are surrounding yourself with if you want to break through plateaus and move forward on your journey of success.
