A special CBI court in Ranchi is set to pronounce the quantum of sentence against RJD chief Lalu Prasad today in a fodder scam case.
Prasad was convicted by the court on December 23 for fraudulent withdrawal of money from the treasury in Deoghar.
Earlier, in 2013, he was convicted for a similar offence in Chaibasa treasury. He was released on bail, granted by the SC, three months after the conviction.
