Mr. Tushar Agarwal completed his LL.B. from the Amity Law School, Amity University, Noida in the year 2015. After working with few renowned Supreme Court judges and Senior Advocates in Delhi, he has started his independent practice across various Courts and Tribunals in Delhi. His practice primarily focuses on Criminal Law, Constitutional Law and Commercial Arbitration and also deals in matters relating to corruption, corporate frauds, money laundering & GST tax evasion being investigated by Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO), Enforcement Directorate (ED) & Director General GST Intelligence (DGGI).
Mr. Agarwal is also empaneled as Young Practitioner at Asia International Arbitration Centre, International Council for Commercial Arbitration and Singapore International Arbitration Centre and is also on the Legal Expert Panel of the renowned Newspaper namely “Business Standard”.
