Stop saying the PNM has done nothing for the people of East Port of Spain - it is simply not true. So said Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Camille Robinson-Regis today, as she announced plans for the construction of a new mall in downtown Port of Spain, as well as the upgrade of the New City Mall.
