@uke.u.kids Ukulele U is proud to be a participant in Stand Up For Ukraine–the world’s largest global social media rally - alongside superstars such as The Weeknd, Celine Dion, Billie Eilish, U2 and Elton John to raise critical funding and humanitarian aid for global refugee support. Ukulele U is deeply committed to being an advocate for the children currently suffering in the Ukraine.
The campaign has gained a lot of momentum with a segment in the GRAMMY Awards driving viewers to join and take action in support of the campaign. The goal is to create a social media rally, advocating for world leaders to raise critical funding and humanitarian aid.
Today, Celebrities, Music Artists, Pro Athletes and Actors will be posting videos and performances to support the cause.
In the video above, The talented children on Ukulele U, led by co-creator and Juno award-winning artist, Melanie Doane, are performing John Lennon and Paul McCartney’s iconic “All You Need is Love” as well as Justin Bieber’s, “Friends”. Their messages of peace and love are symbolic of Ukulele U, a sing-along musical variety show that brims with inclusivity and kindness.
