An 11 year old girl was brutally raped and killed by a 29 year old man who worked as a taxi driver. Her body was found on April 14.
The citizens of Sikkim have been protesting for justice for the child, immediate action against all these evils in the society which makes an unhealthy environment for not only children but even teenagers and adults.


In the voice of the beautiful soul of that child I have written a poem by putting myself in the poor helpless victims situation and expressed what she may had been through.
Nevertheless, I still hope that one day every child could be free and not have to be afraid of leaving their homes out of fear. May her soul rest in peace.
