Rather than our usual Friday STEAM, we have something special this week!
Our own Makerspace Coordinator, Sandy Roberts, is participating in the Empire Maker Faire, a virtual event that shares the creative work and technical know-how of all kinds of makers who share a passion for making. Sandy will do a live round-up online both days of the Faire, sharing some of the best projects and demonstrations from the day. Tune in to be inspired!
Maker Faires occur all over the world, highlighting the creativity and innovations of makers everywhere. Usually, they are in-person faires, but due to COVID-19, they've taken to the internet this year. Maker Faires features demonstrations, performances, how-to workshops, and, this year, an online project showcase.
