While my friend and I were wondering about downtown, we noticed there was an OTIS truck in front of one of the parking structures. We went in to find the guys, and we eventually did. It turned out to be one guy, and he was there to fix one of the two elevators in the set. The one on the left (the one we take a look at) has been broken since December 2015. He told us he had received a frantic call because the right one broke. A 10 story parking structure with only two elevators?!?! Heck no. He was on break at the time, and he was willing to open up the broken elevator so my friend and I could check it out. Of course, I had to explain my hobby with elevators and such. It was pretty cool seeing the top, as you usually don't (unless you're a certain someone who surfs elevators) Also, if you haven't realized already, this was obviously done with proper permission.
