Keeping all of your joints supple and flexible creates for a more nature, smooth bow change. Focus on each joint of your arm ensuring that each is flexible: joint at sternum, shoulder, elbow, wrist, knuckle, 2nd finger joint and 3rd finger joint. Exaggerate the motion of each joint then refine later.
