I haven't found any Australian users showing their experiences with the amazing Swedish @AnkarsrumAssistent standmixer from Sweden so I'm going to upload videos of my baking journey with the Ankarsrum. I've wanted to find an alternative to KitchenAid which is a great mixer but which I consider to be the apple of the baking world - and I'm an android user with slightly different requirements :D This is not a recipe video - I'm just trying to show how the mixer works.
The Ankarsrum is greatly lauded for its breadmaking abilities but I'm more of a cake / biscuit (cookie) baker myself. I haven't seen any videos showing the Ankarsrum making buttercream, which I make a lot. I'm happy to say it makes it beautifully :) Zero difficulties load-wise and unlike a stand mixer and I swear that this is the first time that I didn't get a cloud of cocoa and icing sugar in my face when I put the dry ingredients in the bowl!
