If you didn't get accepted, I suggest asking for feedback from the school on how you can improve your application for the next cycle. Some schools will provide valuable feedback and others may not respond.
Look over each aspect of your application. Have you fulfilled every requirement? Is there an area that can be stronger? In our Pre-PA counseling sessions, we review your CASPA application section by section to make sure your application is as strong as possible the next time you apply!
Did you get an interview? That's a good sign! That means your application passed requirements and perhaps your interviewing just needs some fine-tuning!
One question I always get from reapplicants is "Do I need to rewrite my personal statement" I always reply, "if you made a cake and it wasn't the best cake you've ever tasted - would you use the same recipe?" While your "why PA" is not likely to change, your personal statement should be tweaked. Did you gain more experience? Did you retake courses? Highlight that!
