China and Russia moved to block an international investigation of war crimes against the Syrian Government. The action is triggering criticism. Sixty-member states supported the measure to have the International Criminal Court examine the four-year-old war in Syria. But China and Russia used their veto powers on the Security Council to stop the action. CCTV's Nick Harper reports from the United Nations in New York with details.
