Four suspects acquitted on charges of defrauding Miwani Sugar Company of land worth 2.3 billion shillings have a case to answer after the high court overturned a decision by a magistrate court that acquitted them. Justice John Onyiego ruled that the evidence on record was sufficient to put Kibos Sugar Factory Chairman Sukhwinder Chatte, Ian Maina, Philip Odongo, Epanaito Okoyo on their defense.
