'Misrabani' is style developed by Dr. Lalmani Misra (1924-1979) for Indian strings. His son Dr. Gopal Shankar Misra (1956-1999) practiced and taught Misrabani style to students at BHU. To fill the void her father and brother left, Dr. Ragini Trivedi, now performs and teaches compositions in Misrabani style.
Having created a new notation system for digital inscription of Indian music, her books, "Sitar Compositions in Ome Swarlipi", "Raga Vibodh: Misrabani" (Vol. I & II) & "Ome Swarlipi mein Misrabani" detail a few of the Misrabani compositions. Visit [ Ссылка ]
