Addressing a public meeting in Rajasthan's Sagwara, PM Modi said, "During a roadshow in Jaipur I saw a poster which had CM's photograph on it but it did not have the Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge's photo. This is because he is a dalit. Dalits are ill-treated in the Congress party."
