I decided to quit caffeine and see what happens. I wanted to see if my coffee addiction made my life better or worse, so without much thought, I stopped and wanted to see if the symptoms were as as bad as I feared.
For the first week the headaches were brutal. But then, well, I felt great! And in this video I am going to explain why I felt so much better and how you can feel better too with a simple change to your thought pattern.
Just a warning though which I didn't include in the video... it can be quite uncomfortable coming off caffeine. I got massive headaches for around 7-9 days as I did it cold turkey. IF you decide to try it for yourself I highly suggest weening off it slowly.
