Italian sausage crostini with roasted peppers and ricotta cheese. This is great served at an appetiser or even just finger food to go with drinks. The Italian sausage is ground down and cooked in a hot pan with garlic, olive oil and red wine then finished off with fresh basil. the crostini is spread with ricotta cheese the topped off with the Italian sausage and roasted peppers.
