Sad to see the current situation of the northernmost terminus of Philippine National Railways North Main Line. Once servicing the Ilocanos with trains going to and from Manila in it's heyday. The gradual decline of the PNR North Line saw the station's closure in 1984. Revival attempts seems to come and go since then to bring the train service once more to the people of Ilocos.

The future North Long Haul Project will be the only hope for the grand revival of this train station.
