Gene Elmo's now classic Silk in Apple has been done by many people without giving proper credit to the creator. Scott has secured special permission from Marty Hahne, who is the curator of all the Elmo material, and has put together his own take on Gene's seminal work. The routine strays from the traditional versions of coring the apple in front of the audience which screams "HERE IS WHERE IT GOES IN!"
Instead, Scott takes a fresh approach using an uncored apple and a fun and stunningly visual vanish of the signed silk. The audience literally gasps and is stunned at the sight of the silk seemingly vanishing to nowhere. But it has to go somewhere... indeed it goes into the apple that has been in full view at all times.
This trick has it all... magician in trouble, audience participation, simple premise and tons of laughs. This is so simple to do it can easily and quickly find a place in your show and will most certainly become a highlight of your performances.
Comes with all necessary props, starter silks, and instructional DVD with two full performances. Plus, an extra full performance and ideas for kid show performers. This is always a killer at every show! A true winner!
