STORYLINE:
Ministers in Italy's new cabinet reacted on Saturday to the job at hand after being sworn in to form the country's new government.
Giorgia Meloni was sworn in on Saturday as Italy's first far-right premier since the end of World War II and the first woman to lead the government.
Meloni, 45, took the oath of office before the Italian president at the presidential palace, together with the ministers selected from her center-right coalition and a sprinkling of technocrats.
