INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar (brown)
2 cups fruit puree
1 cup apple Sauce
8 oz butter \ 1 stick
1 tbsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp mixed spice
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp browning

Bake in a 225 degrees oven for 1 hour and 40 minutes with a water bath in the bottom of the oven, bake low and slow to avoid cracking and over baking
