The new BMW R 1300 R, which will be ready at the end of this year or early 2025, will weigh 10 kg less and have 9 more horsepower than the previous model.
With a variety of products, the Bavarian company has just started to introduce its new boxer engine with a capacity of 1,300 cc. There is still a lot of work to be done, or rather, models to be realized, but it all started with the R 1300 GS and continues with the R 1300 GS Adventure.
The 2025 BMW R 1300 R is one of them. Artist Kar Lee created the rendering below, posted by our friends at motorradonline.de. No need to predict, this big barebike from Germany will be powered by a new engine capable of producing 145 horsepower at 7,750 rpm and maximum torque of 149 Nm at 6,500 rpm.
