Please check the video until the end when the noise gets normal.

Does anyone know what is this? Tensioner? Car has 220000 kms, oil used is 5w30 changing it every 10000 km. It only happens at startup when engine is cold. Warm engine does not happen. In this video the noise last long time, lately has been less. Noise also last less when the car in facing downhill at startup.
