This women’s month, from the 12-14 August the Gender Justice and Reconciliation Project hosted the Siyakha western cape, community healing forum for a workshop on Gender Justice. The leaders come from urban and rural areas of the Western Cape and all work in their communities to bring about healing and change, as a group they are building stronger communities. During the workshop the leaders reflected on what women’s month means to them as leaders.
