Follow Us as we share with you a glimpse into Singapore's first gin distillery, Tanglin Gin.
We visited Tanglin Gin distillery recently and had an enriching session learning about the elaborate processes and hard work that goes into the distillation of the fine gins we personally enjoyed very much. It was also in this very distillery where at least 2 award-winning gins (namely Tanglin Orchid Gin and Tanglin Black Powder) were born.
Having garnered international accolades, Tanglin Gin truly embraces the spirit of "going global whilst staying local". Their positioning is one where the best of Singapore meets the best of botanicals, handcrafted to perfection with a clever mix of science and art in the the distillation process.
The tour concluded with a gin tasting session (which we will share in a separate vlog in greater details), where visitors could take a taste of the fine gins which have captured the palates and noses of an international audience. Gin lovers out there should probably rejoice at the notion of brining back a bottle or two of freshly distilled gin at cellar door prices!
